We keep it simple and make it easy for you. We take your needs: type of expertise required, duration, country of need and rapidly match you with the SMW Partner who will manage your expertise requirement. Your SMW Partner will ask you further questions about your requirements and you’ll discuss any concerns and questions you have. Based on your requirements, the SMW partner will then begin reviewing, vetting and pre-qualifying possible candidates and will only share with you the pre-vetted, best-fit candidates.

No there isn’t, we work on No Cure No Pay-condition. If we can’t find you the right candidate you don’t owe us anything.

  • Interim Executive costs can vary by need. Interim Executives are usually brought in for a limited period of time to fill a gap between hires, turnaround situations, succession planning, etc. You can bring an Interim Executive in for a few days a week or several months, based on your needs and goals.
  • Direct Permanent Hires are traditional full time hires who you recruit to fill a role indefinitely.
  • Part-Time Executives can be hired on the daily, weekly or monthly basis. These Executives can be hired for a long duration of time but used on a limited basis over the course of a month.
    Advisors can be hired on a hourly basis. Advisors usually are Executives who have been in situations like yours before and can act as sounding boards or business coaches on an as needed basis.
  • On-Demand Experts Experts can be hired on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or project -basis. These executives will work with you and you organization until the agreed-upon task or project is completed.

This depends – it can take a few days to a few weeks, depending on your own internal processes.
