Gregoire Cabri-Wiltzer is CEO of NIM Europe.
Gregoire graduated from HEC Business School and is certified from New York University, as well as, the London Business School. Gregoire started his career with L’Oréal and the Bourjois Chanel Group. As he progressed in his career he held general-management responsibilities with the Estée Lauder Group and later with the Revlon Group, for which he was CEO in France. Grégoire also completed an interim assignment in the LVMH Group and has also been president of the French Interim Management Federation (FNMT).
He is also Vice president of the FNMT, a Board Member of the French Interim Congress and Vice President of the Federation Francaise des Professions de l'Emploi which works closely with the WEC.
Gertjan Van de Groep (1970) is Managing Director at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn, Executive Search and Interim Management. He focuses on permanent and temporary (interim) management and executives. These General, Commercial and Technical staff and management positions are mainly in Industry, Technology and Logistics.
Gertjan graduated in 1993 as a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Utrecht, then pursued a leadership development program at Nyenrode Business University. He started his career as a Production/Lean Engineer and later as a Management Trainee in Logistics. In 1997, he started as Consultant at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn, the company that his father Wim founded in 1979. Gertjan became Owner/Director in 2007. His new set of consulting, entrepreneurship and management functions fit him like a glove.
Maurizio has a DES in Economics from Bocconi University, where he was also an assistant professor in Operations Research. He has spent a majority of his career in multinational companies (Olivetti, Manuli, Kone Elevators) and in management consulting (McKinsey).
Maurizio’s current professional role is as Managing Partner at Temporary Management Capital Advisors. He also is the founder and past President of Senior Management Worldwide, a worldwide alliance of interim management firms. Maurizio is also Chairman of the Italian Chapter of the IIM – Institute of Interim Management (UK) and Board member of AISL (Italian Association for Labour Studies).
Maurizio is a listed journalist and member of the Foreign Press in Italy, where he was recently elected as Board Member (Northern Italy). He has a significant publishing track record on flexible management and turnarounds and manages “Fixed on interim management” the online magazine of the HR Directors association, going to over 17,000 subscribers.
He also created www.temporary-management.com, the top Italian institutional website on interim management. He lectures on interim management and turnarounds with many managerial and entrepreneurial associations.
Maurizio has published four books for Franco Angeli. The introduction of “Soluzione Temporary Management” was written by Vincenzo Boccia, Chairman of Confindustria. He is also a co-author, with Roberto Chiodelli, Marco Fumagalli and Vittoria Perazzo, on a recent book about turnarounds by AIFI, the Italian association of PE and VC firms.
Pamela Wasley is the CEO of Cerius Enterprises. She co-founded Cerius in April
2005 and has grown it into one of the largest executives services companies in
North America. She is a serial entrepreneur who has personally sold two companies
and also led a management buyout.
She has a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Auburn and serves
on several private company boards. She is a frequent national speaker and author
on topics such as M&A, Startup Hacks, Workforce of the Future and the Gig Economy for Forbes, Entrepreneur, BusinessWeek and Fortune. She is co-author of a recent book called “How I Fired My Boss and Made More Money: Insider Secrets of
Successful Independent Executives.” Pam also has a weekly podcast show called
“Cerius Business Today” and is frequently a guest on other business podcasts
around the world.
Jan Andersson is the CEO and founding partner of Mason Management AB which was founded in 2002. He graduated in 1976 as a B.Sc. in Business and Administration at the University of Stockholm and was certified diploma in 1988. He also was in Business Management at the IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Jan was Chief accountant, Banker and Marketing Director in the Swedish Postal Giro, focusing on corporate finance and Cash Management services and was Managing Director for two years in the turnaround of Contraves Sweden, a manufacturing engineering subcontractor producing medtech instruments for blood analysis and components for the Swedish Defense. As an Interim Executive for more than ten years, Jan Andersson was in various positions as Managing Director, CFO, Project Manager and Sales Director for turnarounds / restructuring, business development and growth. He has deep experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Medtech, Power/energy, logistics/e-trade and business consultancy.
